Time was a Legendary element. It was too powerful for any being to fully harness, and no Toa, Turaga or Matoran of Time exist. There are limits to the mask, such as not being able to time travel.

As Time is a legendary element, it has not, and likely cannot, be combined with any other element nor be used in the formation of Protodermis.
