Shasa was a Ga-Matoran. Not much is known about her prior to the Great Cataclysm. She was, at some point, called to the Coliseum with the rest of the Matoran of Metru Nui. There she was placed into a Matoran Pod where she was forced into a deep sleep.
She was later saved by the Toa Metru and taken to the island of Mata Nui with an Airship. She was awakened by the Toa Metru's Toa Power, like all the other Matoran of Mata Nui.
Shasa guarded Ga-Koro for a while during the great Rahi attack which happened during the Battle of Kini Nui.
Later, Shasa lived in Ga-Koro and worked as a Weaver. She helped Marka to build boats, she also made nets, sailcloths and rigging for Hahli.
She had since returned to Metru Nui, helping to rebuild it until the Staff of Artahka was used to repaired the rest of the city.
