Nokama reached out with the power of her Mask of Translation. She did her best to copy the Lohrak's cry, asking it what it wanted and why it was trying to hurt them.

PronunciationROW

The Kanohi Rau was the Mask of Translation. It gave its user the power to comprehend other languages.[1] The Great Rau enabled the wearer to understand and speak almost any written or spoken language. The Noble Rau, however, only allowed the user to understand writing and symbols.[2] Both the Great and Noble versions allow the user to understand the intention behind carvings. However, if the target language is too old, then a Rau will not be able to translate it.[3]

Rau were carved out of a mixture of Remove Poison and Enlarge Kanoka on Metru Nui.[4]

Example Usage[]
