History
Past in Metru Nui
In Metru Nui, Pekka worked in Po-Metru. Little is known about his past in Metru-Nui. He was soon put into a Matoran Sphere, by the Vahki, during the Great Cataclysm, but was later rescued by the Toa Metru and taken to Mata Nui with the other Matoran.
Mata Nui
After the Matoran were transported to Mata Nui 1,000 years ago, Pekka worked as a carpenter in Po-Koro who used mostly stone and wood to carve, smooth, or sand his pieces of work. He also managed a trading post in Po-Wahi, on the shore of Leva Bay.
Pekka was among the Matoran that were evacuated to Ga-Koro after Tahnok Swarms threatened to overwhelm Po-Koro. After the Pahrak Swarms cornered the Matoran in Ga-Koro, Pekka made a final stand along with all the other Matoran present, before the Bahrag were defeated by the Toa Mata. He later departed back to Po-Koro.
Pekka helped to build Boats to facilitate his and the other Matoran's return to Metru Nui.
Return to Metru Nui
Along with the other Matoran, Pekka later returned to Metru Nui and helped to rebuild it until the Staff of Artakha did the rest. He was also in the ceremony held for Matoro at the Coliseum. He was in the Coliseum when Teridax announced his takeover of Mata Nui. He then began working on the statues of Teridax that "Turaga" Ahkmou ordered the Po-Matoran to carve of him.
Spherus Magna
Sometime later he evacuated the Matoran Universe onto Spherus Magna.
