Mamru is an Onu-Matoran native to Metru Nui.

Metru NuiEdit

Prior to the Great Cataclysm, Mamru lived and worked in Onu-Metru. He was captured by the Vahki under the command of Makuta Teridax, disguised as Turaga Dume. He was then forced into a Matoran Sphere but was later rescued by the Toa Metru and awakened on the shores of Naho Bay on the island of Mata Nui.

Mata NuiEdit

Mamru was physically shrunken and weakened after his exposure to the effects of a Matoran Sphere and he also lost his memories of living on Metru Nui. Despite this, he labored for the construction of Onu-Koro which was supervised by Turaga Whenua and took place using materials from Airships which had been used in the Great Rescue.

In Onu-Koro, Mamru became the Chief Prospector. It was his job to find the Ore deposits in the Great Mine. He had great faith in fellow prospector Azibo, whose knowledge of the Principle of Onu-Koro was considered invaluable to their job. Mamru briefly vacated Onu-Koro during the Bohrok War. He was later rebuilt following the defeat of the Bohrok-Kal.

Mamru was evacuated from Onu-Koro with the other Matoran during the Rahkshi attack on the village.

Return to Metru NuiEdit

Mamru later aided in the construction of boats to return to Metru Nui. He helped repair it until the Staff of Artakha repaired the rest.

Spherus MagnaEdit

He later evacuated the Matoran Universe and is currently living on Spherus Magna.

Trivia Edit

  • Mamru was called both Mamoru and Mamru, but more widely called Mamru, so that is the generally-accepted name for him.
