The Laser Harpoon was Hahli's Toa Tool during her time as a Toa Inika. It could focus electrically charged water attacks, as well as pull her through the water at high speeds. It could be used to control Hahli's power over water. It was transformed when Hahli became a Toa Mahri.

A Laser Harpoon piece was inclued with the Hahli Inika 2006 set. Pressing a button on the side of the Harpoon made it flash green in the tube in the center of it.
