The Laser Crossbow was Kongu's Toa Tool when he was a Toa Inika. It could shoot energy bolts that shattered it's target to atoms and could also be used to control Kongu's power over Air. It transformed into a melee weapon when Kongu transformed into a Toa Mahri, but he later replaced it with two Cordak Blasters.

The Laser Crossbow was included with the Kongu Inika set. Activating a button on the side of the Crossbow made it light up and flash a pale blue light in the tube in the center. Unlike most other Toa Tools, it had two handles that Kongu could hold on to.
