Kotu is a Ga-Matoran Rahi tender, and one of Turaga Nokama's advisors. She is one of Ga-Koro's biggest practical jokers. She helped defend Ga-Koro from the Pahrak during the Battle of Ga-Koro. She was rebuilt after the conflict with the Bohrok-Kal. She was expected to be on the Ga-Koro Kolhii team, but Turaga Nokama chose Hahli instead based on some divination she had done.
