Legend says that the the Seventh Toa will have a finder whom is called the Herald of the Seventh Toa or the Herald of the Mask of Light. The Herald would find the Avohkii and then would be tasked with finding the Seventh Toa and delivering the mask to him. The Herald was Takua, but, not wanting the responsibility due to fear of messing it up, he shirked his duty and claimed that Jaller was the true Herald. As it turned out, Takua was not in fact the Herald but rather, Takanuva, the Seventh Toa.
