Golyo was a Po-Matoran.

Nothing was known about Golyo's life on Metru Nui. But he did appear on the Vahki Zadakh animation as an innocent bystander watching the Vahki chase Epena. All that was known apart from that was that he was forced into a Matoran Pod and that he was later saved by the Toa Metru during the Great Cataclysm.

On MNOG, Golyo is seen selling statuettes in Onu-Koro. Golyo later herded Mahi in a small spot near the entrance of Po-Wahi. Hahli went there to hone her skills by catching Mahi.
[edit] Return to Metru Nui
Golyo returned to Metru Nui after Takutanuva rediscovered it. He then helped to rebuild it until the Staff of Artakha fixed the rest of it. He then began working on the statues of Teridax that "Turaga" Ahkmou ordered the Po-Matoran to carve of him.
