The Golden Mask of Fire was a Mask of Power forged by the Mask Maker Ekimu. It was originally lost after the defeat of Makuta and eventually possessed by Tahu.

The mask gave its wearer the power to control the element of fire.
History[]
The Golden Mask of Fire was forged by Ekimu many years ago, and left on the shrine in the Region of Fire for Tahu to claim. When the Toa of Fire did claim it, he used it to battle Skull Spiders. In the battle against Kulta, the mask was broken but after Ekimu defeated him, he repaired the mask and gave it back to Tahu.
Usage[]
Tahu used the mask to rise up to where the Protector of Fire was surrounded by Skull Spiders, and used the mask to split his Lava Board into his Fire Blades, which he used to defeat the Skull Spiders.
Later, after defeating the Lord of Skull Spiders, Tahu and his fellow Toa heard Ekimu through their masks, congratulating them and encouraging them to find his resting place in the Ancient City. Their masks guiding them, Tahu and the Toa did as told.
