Fire

Fire was a basic element representing thermal energy in the Matoran Universe. This element was used by Toa and Turaga of Fire, and Ta-Matoran. Toa of fire had almost perfect control of the element. The element gave Matoran the ability to work in extremely Hot environments. Turaga abilities were somewhere in the middle.

• Creating fire and/or heat or concentrated beams of fire and/or heat.
• Controlling fire and/or heat.
• Absorbing fire and/or heat to make the area cold.
• Unleashing a Fire Nova Blast.
• Detecting energy sources, as energy gives off heat.
• Setting a delayed reaction of fire and/or heat (Toa Nuva-exclusive).
• Extreme resistance to fire and heat also comes with this power.

• When combined with the Elemental Power of Air, it can be used to create a tornado of fire.
• When combined with the Elemental Power of Ice, it creates water.
• When combined with the Elemental Power of Earth or Stone, it can be used to make lava. It can also create glass when used with sand, as shown in Bionicle: Mask of Light.
• When combined with the Elemental Power of Water, it can be used to make steam.
• When combined with any other five different Elements, it creates a Toa Seal around the target that is only breakable by a second union of the six Elements.
• A Fire Controlling Skakdi must combine their power with another Skakdi in order to use the power.
