The Fin Barbs were the Toa Tools that Nokama used during her time as a Toa Hordika. They were used for climbing and digging through most substances(in the movie they were used like a combination bola and grappling hook.), and could charge her Rhotuka water spinner.

The blades of the Fin Barbs were comprised of rubbery plastic, the handles and blue parts were normal, hard plastic.
