The Sanctum was a place where Nuju and many Ko-Matoran meditated or did their job. The Wall of Prophecy extended to the whole building and there were many Adepts and Scribes working to examine the information on the wall. There was also a secret passage to the Drifts.

It was later destroyed by the Bohrok swarms after they were re-awakened by the Toa Nuva.
